How To Make A Wrestling Belt

If
(poem wrongly attributed Pablo Neruda, see comments in this article)

He dies slowly who does not travel,
one who does not read,
one who does not listen to music,
one who can not find
through its eyes. He died

slowly he who destroys his self-esteem,
who never allows himself to help. He dies slowly

who becomes a slave of habit
repeating every day the same paths,
one who never changes landmark,
Do not ventured to change the color of his clothes

Or who does not speak never a stranger. He dies slowly

one who avoids a passion
and whirlwind of emotions
those who bring light into the eyes
and repair broken hearts. He dies slowly

one who does not change course when

unhappy at work or in love,
those who do not take risks to achieve his dreams
,
one who, not once in his life, has fled
sound advice.

Screw now! Risk
yourself today! Agis
now!
Do not let yourself die slowly!
Do not deprive yourself to be happy! Muere lentamente

Muere lentamente quien be becomes the slave of habit, repeating every day the same itineraries, who does not change brand, does not risk to wear a new color and does not speak to who do not know.

she who shuns passion, who prefers black on white, dot the "i" to a whirlpool of emotions, just those that recover the gleam of the eyes, smiles from the yawns, hearts from the stumbling and feelings .

He or she who does not overthrow the table when is unhappy at work, who does not risk the certain for the uncertain to go toward that dream, who does not permit at least once in his life to flee from sensate advises.

He or she who does not travel, who does not read, does not listen to music, who does not laugh at yourself.

He who slowly destroys his own, who did not even try.

Dies slowly he who passes his days complaining of his bad luck or the incessant rain.

Dies slowly he who abandons a project before starting it, not asking a question that is unknown or not responding when asked about something he knows.

prevent death in soft quotes, remembering always that to be alive demands an effort much larger than the simple fact of breathing.

Only a burning patience will lead to attainment of a splendid happiness.
