With four albums under labels Western Bonnaz Friendly and during his early career, sold several thousand copies, it's like a coincidence that Richard Langelier began a broadcasting career. ''I was performing at a place, and in the afternoon there was a fiddling contest. The convener failed to appear, the head of the event asked me then if I could animate the Gala, which I did ... and it all started like this''Richard said to me recounting memories.
Richard has not only lost none of his Fouga, but found the taste of singing
and host for these shows, which probably will delight his fan club, who had risen from up to 5,000 people in its good years.
native of Rouyn Noranda, Richard Langelier has lost none of his enthusiasm, he has already received the titles of Mr. Cabaret, Mr. and Host Country par excellence, began his singing career at the age Country 30.

It then began to lead in cabarets, festivals, country western, and also on the radio several years he worked at the station CHRS St-Jean-sur-Richelieu, where he hosted a program country Weekly. During this period, he was recognized by his peers, winning the titles of Mr. Cabaret, Mr. Country and Host par excellence.
The animation then quietly took place on the song, even if Richard knew the success with songs like - Tell your wife that you love, you my world and many more songs written by Roger Charlebois, Paul Daraîche among others and several interpretations of success. ''It's done naturally, the work of animator takes precedence over that of singer.
